"DOLLS TO MAKE FOR FUN AND PROFIT"

EDITH FLACK ACKLEY'S BOOK, "DOLLS TO MAKE FOR FUN AND PROFIT"
was first published in 1938 and is profusely illustrated in line by:
TELKA ACKLEY, EDITH'S DAUGHTER

Edith Flack Ackley was a doll maker from the 1930's.  She encouraged women to sew dolls and sell them.  Her dolls are simple and fun to make.  Her legacy is the many people today who still make and collect her dolls.  Here is my offering.
